MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. – For the seventh consecutive year, the Marshall County Family Resource Network (FRN) organized its annual Teen Christmas Gift Distribution project serving more than 250 teens in Marshall County Schools, which is an increase of more than 50 students from last year. This project is supported by the Carolyn Dalzell Closet of Hope, an initiative by the FRN that seeks to provide needed resources to families and children in our local community.
