MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. – The Marshall County Family Resource Network (FRN) distributed more Teen Christmas gift bags than ever before, as the project moved into its eighth year in 2021. This year the FRN put together 280 bags, with a retail value of more than $27,000, containing hygiene and comfort items for students in Marshall County Schools. The Teen Christmas project is supported by the Carolyn Dalzell Closet of Hope, which seeks to help children and families with necessary items and resources year-round.
