The Marshall County FRN recently organized the “Kids’ Zone” project at the Moundsville Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR) office. “Kids’ Zone” seeks to provide children in contact with the DHHR with additional supports and activities. Often, children who are involved with DHHR services or who may be in the office as a visitor have to spend time in the waiting area. The FRN worked to redo the space to create a play area that promotes the children’s safety and comfort while they wait.
