The Marshall County FRN and Family Support Center, in partnership with the Marshall County Health Department and the RISE Coalition, are holding a free Narcan training for the community. It will be held on July 17, from 1:00-1:30 PM, at the FRN office in Moundsville. Each participant will receive a Narcan kit with two doses to take home at the conclusion of the training.
