Event Schedule
On Dec. 31, 2009, residents from across the Ohio Valley will ring in the New Year at the second annual Marshall County Winter Carnival. The event will be held from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue in downtown Moundsville, WV.
Featuring music, children's entertainers, inflatable rides, costumed characters, wood carvers and more, the carnival will provide a fun, alcohol-free atmosphere in which families can celebrate the holidays.
